SPEND SOME QUALITY TIME FOR YOURSELF DOING SOMETHING YOU LOVE
We are offering a 4 hour session once a month, on Thursday afternoons.
The first hour and a half will be "brushing up"; going over basics and techniques as well as
the different surfaces on which to explore. My goal is to facilitate discovery of individual talents
and developing the studentsí own style. We will do a few simple exercises to find your skill level
and nurture your talent. We will take a half hour break, so bring a snack. The remainder of the class
will be spent painting outside (weather permitting). A still life from which to work will also be set up.
Please bring whatever supplies you have. Please make sure you have a board to mount paper on
and paper towels, water container, spray bottle, tape, paint and brushes.
Supplies are offered for sale at ESA for those who need them. By appointment.
Meditation at ESA Every Second and Forth Sunday of the month Anyone may attend, no need to register.
Meditation helps us live more fully in each moment and practicing in a group helps to deepen and
reinforce that experience. Mediators of all levels and disciplines are welcome to sit with us
for these meditation sessions. Bring your own sitting pillow if you use one. Chairs are provided.
On the second and fourth Sunday of each month at 10am, we begin with a guided meditation or focus,
followed by two twenty minute meditation sittings with a walking meditation break in between.
You are welcome to join us for tea, cookies and discussion afterwards. FREE
A 10% discount on art supplies is given all art teachers & students.
