Meditation at ESA Anyone may attend, no need to register.
Sitting meditation is a practice which helps us live more fully in each moment and to see the interdependent
nature of our experience of life with greater clarity. Practicing in a group helps to deepen and reinforce that
experience. Mediators of all levels and disciplines are welcome to sit with us for these monthly meditation
sessions. Bring your own sitting pillow if you use one. Chairs are provided.
These sessions, on the second Sunday of each month at 10am, generally begin with a short reading, guided
meditation or focus, followed by two twenty minute meditation sittings with a walking meditation break in
between. You may join MeetUp online, if you want to be in the loop for updates, etc.
A Discount on all supplies and framing of 10% is given to Art Students.
